My Journey
It was mid 2024 and I was working, as I often have, in a technical leadership role. On the surface everything was fine and I had a team which was delivering. But I was hitting a brick wall when it came to motivation and productivity and also raising rapport and trust with my team and other colleagues. We were all caught in a blizzard of new work items that deprived us all of the time to communicate effectively. The frustration was burning me out. I realised that I needed to close a chapter on my career and then regroup. I began to learn about the power of Coaching and think about the potential within myself to use Coaching to help individuals and organisations to avoid burnout and also to maintain thriving, sustainable and rewarding working environments.

More About Me
Professional

Across the last 30 years I have had the good fortune of experiencing a wonderful variety of Tech/ICT roles and worked with many also wonderful colleagues.
My regular point of reference became DevOps and its relationships such as with strategic architecture, QA, InfoSec and compliance.

I helped steer a Fintech Start-Up through multi-million dollar investment rounds.

I delivered cloud infrastructure for a FinTech Scale-Up to support secure servies around a multi-petabyte archive of market data.

I co-developed a DevOps Centre-of-Excellence for a global consultancy.

I managed the offshore resourcing arm for a multinational bank's tech division.

But that career meant much more to me than a list of projects. Throughout, I have been driven to support colleagues' career development through raising self-awareness and confidence.

Personal

I am a father of 3 based in West London. When I'm not working you can often find me either jogging or dog-walking our golden Lab around the Chiswick area! If you do spot me then the dog's name is Mario and we'd both like to meet you ;)
